Workers of the British Museum in London unfurl the Rainbow flag on the roof of the museum to ready it for being raised on the museum's flag pole to celebrate pride in London this weekend. Since the flag pole was installed in 1903 it has only ever flown the Union flag. Baron Wolfenden chair of the commission that championed the decriminalisation of homosexuality was a director at the British museum for four years between 1969 and 1973.
